FIT OUT SUMMIT 2019

Fit Out Expo was first held in the RDS in February 2018 alongside Hospitality Expo achieving a combined attendance of almost 5,000 decision makers form the hospitality and property development sectors.

On 1st – 2nd May 2019 these events will combine to provide those undertaking major construction and renovation projects with the advice and support they need to achieve their design and commercial objectives.

He introduced Kennedy Wilson and Fairfax International to the Bank of Ireland rescue plan and became a managing director of Kennedy Wilson Europe in 2012. He retired from Kennedy Wilson in 2015 to focus full time on Fintech products aimed at gaps in the retail market.

Rory is a fellow of the Royal institute of Architects of Ireland and a grade III Conservation Architect. He has been a studio lecturer in Architecture, an assessor of the Travelling Scholarship and is a previous Treasurer of the AAI.
